What this calculator does not tell you
It tells you whether the warranty is still open. It does not tell you whether you can still claim, and those are different things. Article 18 of Law 38/1999 sets the limitation period at two years from when the damage becomes apparent, and that period can have expired while the warranty is still open. Which is why what decides a file is not this date but the dated record of when each defect appeared.
