Why Veridia exists
On the Costa del Sol, many communities have more than half their owners living abroad. Most of them use the flat as a second home. These communities vote on decisions worth tens of thousands of euros. Only one owner in five takes part. The papers come in one language. And warranty dates run out with nobody watching them.
Fifteen of the twenty five firms on this coast already offer service in English. Almost all of them offer an owner portal. But not one puts a date in the contract, and not one risks its own fee. That is the gap we work in. For a small firm, it is the only gap worth working in.
What we do not do
We are not lawyers, surveyors or auditors. We do not sell or rent property. We do not do building work. When your comunidad needs any of that, it hires them directly. We explain this in our conflicts policy. We publish it because we do have related work, and we would rather tell you first than be asked later.
